With regard to the Schwazer case, WADA, with a long press release, has again rejected the accusations of italian judge Walter Pelino going into detail on some aspects of the criminal proceedings in which the athlete disqualified for doping was dismissed from criminal accuses. In essence, WADA highlights how the overwhelming evidence of Schwazer’s guilt was totally ignored by the italian judge, who instead set his behavior as if the trial was against WADA, World Athletics and the Cologne laboratory.
