The Tageszeitung newspaper reported today the Bolzano prosecutor’s request for dismissal regarding the investigation into the conspiracy theory against Alex Schwazer. After massive investigations also at an international level, with seizures of documentation, files, email communications and only one person under investigation, the prosecutor would have asked for it to be dismissed because the investigation would not have brought about any criminally demonstrable results.
The investigations against the civil parties experts (WADA and IAAF), whom Judge Pelino had accused of producing false evidence, were also dismissed. In his dismissal request, the prosecutor comes to the conclusion that the experts had acted only in the interests of their clients and cannot be held criminally liable.
